Management Company and Others

You should contact the management company for comments or questions about:

• Lighting Maintenance. University Park now has a lighting maintenance company which will check all of the community lights bi-monthly.  If you notice a light out, please contact the management company.  They will determine if it is a community maintained light or city maintained light and notify the correct person to have it replaced.
• If you notice problems with the common areas, please notify the management company and they will contact the maintenance company.

Security Patrol

University Park has hired a security patrol which drives through the neighborhood on 2 or 3 randomly chosen nights each week.  Please be aware that they are here.  However, if there is an emergency, call 911, not the security service. 

Community Members

We invite our University Park residents to be included in our Directory so that you can get to know your neighbors and they can get to know YOU.
